Answer the fit question visually.
Instead of estimating from a spreadsheet, see the proposed boxes on the pallet and identify what does not fit.
LoadSimulate helps you see how cartons fit on a pallet before loading starts. Choose a standard Euro pallet, enter box dimensions and quantity, then review placement, stack height and planned pallet weight in 3D.
No credit card required for the core simulator.

Use length, width, maximum stack height and weight limits as the starting point for a practical warehouse plan.
Review a 3D arrangement before the team builds the pallet, then use the wider LoadSimulate workflow for downstream loading plans.
Start with a 120 × 80 cm Euro pallet and 60 cartons measuring 40 × 30 × 22 cm at 5 kg per unit. Set the 180 cm maximum pallet height and 1,000 kg maximum weight, then review how those constraints affect placement, fitted/unfitted logic and stack implications without assuming a fixed count.
TI means cartons per layer; HI means the number of layers. They are useful planning terms, but the actual pattern depends on box orientation, stacking rules, height and weight limits. Use the 3D result rather than treating TI × HI as a guaranteed output.
A Euro pallet is commonly referenced as 120 × 80 cm, while an industrial pallet is commonly referenced as 120 × 100 cm. Standards and operating limits can vary by market and site, so confirm the actual pallet before loading.
LoadSimulate is a planning tool. Final packaging, pallet stability, wrapping, securing, forklift handling and transport compliance remain the responsibility of the operator. Actual packaging dimensions, packaging strength, overhang and securing method must be verified before handling.
The result depends on box dimensions, orientation, stackability, maximum height and pallet weight limits. A 3D plan is needed to review the proposed arrangement.
Yes. The planner shows planned stack height and placement; layer implications depend on the entered dimensions, orientation and limits.
Yes. Start with the Euro pallet or use the available pallet dimensions and plan options that match your operation.
No. Packaging strength, wrapping, strapping, overhang and real-world stability must be verified by the operator.
Yes. Enter the maximum pallet height and weight limits for the planned shipment.
Yes. The Box to Pallet workflow can hand the planned pallet to a wider vehicle load plan for further fit, payload and placement review.
