Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This policy explains how LoadSimulate handles personal and operational information. It does not replace any rights you may have under applicable data-protection law, including Turkish data-protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. Controller and contact

The data controller for the information described in this policy is Ediz Ata, trading as LoadSimulate, Barbaros Mah. Mor Sumbul Sk. No. 5, Ataşehir, 34746 Istanbul, Turkey. You can contact us about privacy at support@loadsimulate.com.

2. Information we process

3. Why we use information

We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, save requested scenarios, enable Pro features, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. Where required, our legal basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Measurement and your choice

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement only when you choose to accept optional measurement. This helps us understand aggregated site use and whether an advertising campaign resulted in a successful sign-up. We do not enable Google ad personalisation or ad user data through this implementation. You can decline measurement in the notice shown on the site; your choice is stored in your browser.

5. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the service. These may include Google Analytics and Google Ads for optional measurement, Supabase for authentication and scenario data, Vercel for hosting and delivery, Paddle for payment, tax and subscription management, and technical providers that deliver fonts or software libraries used in the browser. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for Paddle transactions. Paddle handles payment details, tax calculation, receipts and payment-related support. Please review Paddle’s privacy information and buyer terms for details of its processing.

7. Retention

We keep account and scenario information while your account is active or as needed to provide the requested service. We may retain limited information for longer where necessary for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your account or saved scenarios by contacting support, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Contact support@loadsimulate.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or the provider’s applicable transfer mechanisms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
