Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
LoadSimulate is a software product operated by Ediz Ata, trading as LoadSimulate (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact address is Barbaros Mah. Mor Sumbul Sk. No. 5, Ataşehir, 34746 Istanbul, Turkey. For product support, contact support@loadsimulate.com.
2. The service
LoadSimulate provides tools to model vehicle loading, pallet layouts, capacity indicators, estimated axle loads, route-related planning information and reports. It is a planning aid.
3. Calculations, estimates and planning outputs
LoadSimulate may provide 3D loading plans, cargo-placement suggestions, LDM calculations, axle-distribution indicators, route-distance estimates, CO₂ emissions estimates and regulatory or Route Compliance planning information. These outputs support planning and decision-making and may be indicative, estimated or based on assumptions, generic factors, user-provided data and simplified models. They may not reflect actual vehicle, cargo, route, traffic, infrastructure or operating conditions.
These outputs do not constitute legal advice, a permit, route authorisation, safety certification, engineering certification or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. The user and responsible operator remain responsible for verifying actual vehicle and cargo dimensions, weights, axle limits, loading and cargo securing, route suitability, road restrictions, permits and applicable legal or operational requirements before dispatch.
Route Compliance Preview evaluates only the jurisdictions expressly identified by the service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, LoadSimulate does not determine the actual road route, border crossings or transit countries. Regulatory information may change and may be subject to national, regional, temporary, vehicle-specific or other exceptions. Verify current requirements with the relevant competent authorities and official sources before transport.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials confidential. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful data, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
5. Free and Pro access
Some core planning features may be offered without charge. Pro features may include cloud scenario history, sharing, advanced planning options and professional reports. We may update the feature set over time; material changes to a paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law.
6. Billing, cancellation and payment provider
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Payments, tax calculation, payment receipts, subscription management and payment-related support are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the management link in your purchase receipt or the available billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in LoadSimulate, its software, design, documentation and branding. Subject to these Terms and a valid subscription where applicable, we grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or professional planning purposes.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation, route indicator or recommendation is complete for every operational situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadSimulate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a plan or report. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. Questions about the service can be sent to support@loadsimulate.com.
